DHL Express ServicePoint - Port Melbourne

I have been using the service for 8 years, can’t thank enough to Kirtrina, and now they have Julie and Brent on board, awesome fellows. DHL is efficient and secure service, I would only use them if I can. Thanks guys.

I would say this is one of the best DHL serve points in Melbourne. Service was beyond par, and staff members were very knowledgeable. Big thank you to Julie, who explained everything in detail and packed my package with extra care. Parcel arrived in perfect condition to my home country in 4 business days. Overall, very impressed with their service, and highly recommend this place.

Good staff. Very prompt service. From the outer looks of DHL port Melbourne, its hard to know if there is a customer service inside. The entrance is via small door adjacent to main rolling shutter through which DHL trucks enter the warehouse.

Excellent service, extremely easy to return packages.
