Australia Post - Doncaster East LPO

Do not believe the 5am Opening time - that is fake advertising!nOnly the Tattersalls/Newsagent part of the business is open at this time.nnThe Post office staff take their own sweet time and charmed life to start at 9am!. I found out the hard way by waking up extra early (and skipping breakfast) in the hope of getting my parcel before I started work.

Extremely poor service by the lady today. Very unhelpful and rude. Pretty much acted like she didn't want our business. Will not return and advise that others do not either.

I went in on 9th March about 3pm . The lady doesn’t know Chinese refused to provide service, because I filled only the country and city name in English. I went to the post office in Greythorn with the same box and form with no problem at all.nWorst service, rude employee, She just doesn’t care. The owner of this shop should review all customers’ comments . Will never recommend this shop.

This is the post office I go to when I'm desperate for time and need to post something ASAP. If I can help it, I will basically go to any other PO in the area.nJust never feel welcomed here. The ladies at the counter seem so cold and are always distracted and talking to eachother. They should be paying attention to the CUSTOMERS! Not good.

Extremely rude and condescending staff. I usually go to my local branches and the staff there are friendlier and more knowledgeable.nnWorst customer service I've ever received. Provided incorrect advice about covid postage restrictions. Bad attitude and hard to understand.nnRecommend going to another family run branch and don't give these undeserving people your money.
