Australia Post - Bulleen LPO

In all my years of dealing with this Post Office I have found the staff to be helpful, friendly and polite. It's always a pleasure to do business with them. As well as being my local post office, it is my preferred one.

I find the lovely people looking after my postal needs at Bulleen Post Office. most helpful and efficient at all times.

Been humiliated by those two rude Asian ladies in the shop because of their lack of communication skills. Felt sad and traumatised.

So unhelpful!! Went to collect a small parcel (not registered or anything like that) for our business and was refused even though I gave my licence and am an owner of the business and the property at the address. When I asked if they could call the address/business to verify they said they couldn’t. Really the worst customer service I’ve experienced from an LPO. I also don’t understand why the parcel wasn’t delivered when reception has been there all day instead a collection card in the post box?? Why?

The Asian lady was so rude. The worst customer service.
