Australia Post - Doncaster Post Shop

I enquired about sending a parcel through express post. The guy who served me was lovely, and sorted out what I needed, then told me when i was ready to send it to just drop it back with him and he would sort it. I went back later and was served by someone different, who was equally friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!!

very bad delivery service. it has happened many times that the delivery guy won't even knock your door just leave a card for you to collect. Easy job for them.

Worst post office in Melbourne. Asked to redirect a parcel, they refused. Asked to extend the hold period, they also refused. Told me in a rude way if you don’t pick it up by close of business today, it will be sent back. I told them I am coming. left work early to go get it, got there at 3.30 pm and then guess what, it’s not there, they sent it back already. The lady with a smug face behind the counter goes, There is nothing I can do. It has been picked up. In that moment, I Wished I was in some sort of video game because I wanted to break everything in that store and in Miley Cyres’s style, come in with wrecking ball through that whole place.

Excellent staff. Speedy service. Humble & Polite team.

Always sent parcels in this post office. Most of lady staff were friendly, some time may not, especially the male staff.nThe place were small, don’t have enough room for writing.
