Will not be getting film developed at this store/teds again. Whilst I understand that the film gets sent off to be developed - this process took 2 full weeks and the format in which they were digitally sent to me was very frustrating - I had to individually download each photo.nnI have previously had film developed at Ringwood camera house and I had the photos back within 3-4 days and they sent me a Dropbox link which was much easier/more efficient to use.

This place is basically my second home I go there every now and then the customer representative Lisa is a wonderful person she always suggests me what I need and not what’s expensive

I purchased a Manfrotto tripod and am absolutely disappointed by the way it was packaged and sold. Little did I notice while purchasing that it had a tape on it and when opened. Parts were already broken. I had previously purchased a camera and lens in the same store and had a pickup issue.nnNever expected this from a reputed brand. The product should have been removed or put under clearance.
