Was served from an elderly looking women, she was rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. Asked her a question about cost of shipment of parcel. Absolutely looked like she didn't wanted to be there. Would give 0 star to this unfriendly attitude.

The team are very helpful and friendly team, and our local postie is absolutely the best postie Ive ever seen.

This is the worst and incompetent cervice I have had in Australia so far, from Australian post, they don’t have phone number where somebody resolve questions o talk to customers.nnMy parcel was taken to this office on Monday, it is Wednesday today I’m trying to see where my parcel is and it say on line, that we got it, that is it.nI called with not success, because In the other side is just a machine with very limited options.nnNo even one star is what this place deserve.nnI will advise you, that cervice is one of the best opportunities to grow and maintain a good business.nnWe are all busy, and we all need to be effective, Australian post is a really good post, but some town post are Useles.
