8 people in the queue but only 1 till open. Why not take one or two of the 4 people stacking shelves and put them on the till. You guys need to realise how important customer service is. I will not return to your store.

Absolutely worst retail experience tonight at this store. We were trying to pick some eye drops close to closing, one staff member was excellent in explaining what we should look for which unfortunately was fast overshadowed by the 3 or 4 staff that then made as feel bullied to leave the store exactly on closing while we were still trying to pick based on his advice. This happened whilst other people were still being assisted in other aisles and at the script counter. The lady wasn’t even polite stating we needed to “get out” so she could go home. I would think in retail there was still a level of customer service that staff would be expected to maintain even if the store is about to close and I will be avoiding this store in the future.

they had exactly what I wanted .. but the store is an emporium of disorder. After 10 mins of searching I found out (through asking the one and only assistant I could find) that products were ordered by Brand name and not product type. This makes for a poor shopping experience. It certainly is a warehouse but could sell much more if people could easily find what they are looking for - AND there was more than one staff member speeding through aisles avoiding eye contact with 60 customers. All seemed a little lost. Even Bunnings labels the Aisles with Product type. On the plus side the lady on checkout afforded a smile and was helpful - asking if one needs a bag is a rare touch these days.

I approached the counter this afternoon around 3:40pm was served by a girl with longish black hair .i greeted her with a happy hello her response was do u want a bag.so i told her i said hello and she replies with yeah i no do u want a bag.how absolutely rude i told the girl her service stinks and needs to learn common courtesy. When I worked in retail i would have been written up for speaking to a customer like that not HAPPY AT ALL!!
