What amazing customer service! I bought a bottle chivas Regal and a birthday bag to make it special for my brothers 60th as a surprise. Ordered on line (as am in Sydney) he is in Wallan. Received a call to say would not fit in the special bag so would credit me for the bag. I was disappointed... but could not believe the sales attendant had gone next door to the shops and purchased the ribbon and bow himself (out of his pocket!)and made it look special!!! Truely amazing...thank you!!!
