I have been using this chemist for a very long time . The regular staff are wonderful they are always friendly and greet us by our names. It is nice to be welcomed like you are an old friend. Good customer service is hard to find. I appreciate the girls effort to try and accommodate our requests. They are a credit to the store especially in the current circumstances of working in a store with faulty aircon they always have a smile on their face. (even if it is a sweaty face🤪). The store is alway stocked and has a wide range.

Staff are very rude and argumentitive/ defensive with customers who attempt to return an item. Horrible customer service, won’t be returning to this store in particular unless they get rid of that woman.

It always looks like it’s closing down. Never any stock. They got rid of quite a few lines that the other Priceline stores stock still. Staff aren’t overly helpful. Have started buying a lot of my everyday products from anywhere else in bulk as I’ve been let down too many times.

The sign out from said they do walk ins for the flu vaccine so we went in so my wife could have the jab(i have mine done free at work)The asian women said i can do it but any customers that come in would need to be served so we would have to wait if they got busy. I said...so, what, you will walk away with the needle still in my wifes arm if another customer turns up. She said no, there is a lot of paper work to do. If we are there first then we should be attended to and other customers should wait or be served by the other girl. Bad service.

No issues with staff but impossible to shop here because it's everything is out of stock! I see on the website that they'll sell a certain brand, go in store to check out the line of products and they have none available. Totally annoying, so I go elsewhere now.
