She's a QUACK.nnService stops once she has your money and trying to chase her is impossible because you can't contact her directly, it all goes through an organisation called ENT doctors and going through them nothing ever gets done.nnHer sergical skills are also questionable, my daughter's stitches fell out within two hours of coming out of surgery. We had been sent home by this stage so we contacted the hospital (as she sees to it that patients can't contact her directly) and told them what had happened. They said they would get on to Carolyn Ryan and get her to contact us. 7hrs later and after having called the hospital 3 more times, she finally got back to me (with an attitude that made it clear I was just an inconvenience to her) and did little more than pay me lip service to get me off the phone.nnIt's now been over a week since the procedure and over 2 weeks since I paid her and I'm STILL chasing her to get my Medicare and health insurance rebates processed. I told them I'd just do it myself as it all seems to hard for them but they won't give me a receipt with the necessary item numbers to enable me to do that.

Good and professional skilled surgeon during consultation and the tosiladenectomy procedure. Poor when you have complications and questions after the procedure. Dr. Ryan seems to be unavailable after the procedure and you have to deal with her receptionist. He told me that he can pass on my concerns to Dr. Ryan but best to go to a GP.

Receptionist is very rude.... as if she is doing a favour to us or guess she considers herself another doctor on earth. Second when we met Dr Ryan it was very shocking that she ruled out to do a procedure without checking my daughters history or concern in our first appointment. When we walked out of the cabin the receptionist was ready with the treatment plan for surgery. Not going back again.

Terrible - we walked in with the results of my son and she said so do you want to operate- no explaining results or options, when I questioned her I got one worded answer. A waste of money ud83dudcb0 she is not in this field for the children she is all about money. I have never come across a health professional as bad as her - me and my sister were shocked. I have to admit I saw the reviews before going to see her and I was going to cancel but thought I would give her benefit of the doubt. I should of listened to my gut. If you have an appointment with her good luck

There was some annoyance in that our initial surgery date was cancelled the day before, (these things happen) and we had to reschedule. However, the outcome couldn’t have been better. My daughter had her adenoids removed, turbinates shaved and septum straightened. She experienced next to no discomfort and returned to school two days after surgery. Thank you Dr Ryan.
