Twice I had an appointment here and both times had to wait over an hour. I know doctors running behind schedule is a cliche but it really isn't necessary to perform so poorly so consistently

I am seeing Dr Ben Dundon at Melb Heart Car in Brighton after a heart attack and stent insertion in the UK (I live in Melbourne). Dr Dundon is a thorough professional and I take his word and advice without question - though any questions I do have are answered plainly so I understand. I practically look forward to the regular check-ups with him! :) If I am unfortunate enough to have further heart problems, I am glad I know I will be in his hands.
