Australia Post - Innaloo Post Shop

First of all it shouldn't have any star. One of their female staff at Innaloo post office that I dealt with today is absolutely unpleasant and incompetent. It’s 10 to 5pm or so I worked in the shop (left work earlier), all she wanted to do is to shut and GO HOME. Tried to find excuses and said that she could not identify my address etc. ignored all the notifications I showed her from the post office and the tracking number..... 10 mins later as i insisted that we got there but she was absolutely unpleasant. it is shocking to know that that type of person working in a service industry!! Bad influence and disadvantaged for the community.

Shouldn't even give them a star.This is not the first time i choose the collect parcels service in innaloo brunch.I have to say the staff working there so rude and unprofessional.They always gives me the attitude like they not welcome customers doing collecting parcels there??!! Especially the Indian guy named Nish.Seriously.if they don't want to have this service they shouldn't be on the list for customers to choose for.will be nice if they all fully trained customers service then working there!!!

I went to Innaloo post office this morning. I asked for assistance from one of the lady who was stacking shelf’s. She completely ignored me. I tried again and she was very rude. She did not help me at all. Very disappointed.

I wish I could give this store a zero. The worst customer service you’ll find anywhere. I always have to go here to get my parcels and all the staffs here are so terrible. They act so bossy. Especially the Indian guy called Nish. This guy just ruins my day. Very unfriendly and always gives you that angry look. I always go there but he has never once greeted or smiled at anyone. And the chubby lady staff was shouting to an elderly woman that they don’t accept cheques anymore in front of everyone.

Unfortunately my experience was ruined. I was at the small counter finishing up when an Asian man and girlfriend joined the same counter close & in my personal space. I asked if they could move away to respect Covid-19 distancing and was told that I, myself should move away!.... I’m a nurse & sadly WA has become very complacent with social distancing and keeping respectful. I have stated his race hoping that this man will realise his bullying behaviour (calling me a “Karen”) whilst others looked on. Shame on you young man... Social distancing is important and you are a sad, disrespectful bully.
