Investor Assist

Worst Investor Experience ever! Took 2 years for an incomplete deal. Had to intervene and micro manage almost all parts required to make this rentable to tenants. Landscaping, flooring, tiling, carpets, not to mention chasing handover dates and delays. Waste of investor's money. Nothing turn-key about this.nI strongly advise to steer clear! Experts such as positiverealestate or propertywizards are where you want to be.

I would not recommend Investor Assist to anyone. They went as far as to break the singed contract by changing builders without my permission. The builder was to be Webb & Brown Neaves but was changed to a lesser builder- Celebration Homes.nCelebration Homes/ Investor Assist did not send through building plans to the council for approval till over a month after settlement. The slab did not go down till almost 6 weeks after settlement- a huge waste of my time and money. Celebration homes was terrible to build with as I suspected they would be, being a budget home builder.nInvestor Assist is clearly nothing more than a sales team for the ABN group and will push you to buy their house and land packages while making bold claims of capital gains to be made.nDo yourself a favor and steer clear of Investor Assist, do your own research, and look for real deals in the property market.
