The right side of the fish line type wire of my BTE Widex Beyond 440 hearing aids snap and I could not hear with my right ear. I searched for companies that does Widex on Widex website. The first company I called when I said I needed to repair my hearing aids told me to come in in 13 days time. I tried the next nearest to me, and this time the said we I’ll investigate and it’ll cost $160 plus repair cost and to come in 3 days tine. I tried the third closest to me and it was Bloom in Belmont. The call was answered by a very sweet lady called Jasmine. She was also the only one of the three calls I made so far that asked me what was wrong with my hearing aids and further clarified with a few questions. She then said she could fix it if I come in. I drove straight there and she fixed it immediately. I am so grateful. Her customer service is top notch. When I am going to upgrade my hearing aids, I’ll be going back to Belmont Bloom!! There should be a question asked “so how much is your staff actually costing you?” The first two has just lost me as customer and you’ll be wondering how many more like me. Jasmine on the other hand is worth her weight in gold.
