I have booked holidays through Emma at Flight Centre VH in the past and she has alway been professional yet personable. We went on a cruise earlier last year and she not only organised our trip but also our children’s families and it was an amazing holiday. Was sold package sold by Crystal, was TOLD by her there was buffet breakfast for my family and pre dinner drinksnAnd wen got to resort it was only for room not buffet breakfast and no pre dinner drinks.nBe careful wen speaking with her will tell u anything to make a sale.
