This is a popular destination, especially for tourists and a regular local clientel. There's a drive-in section and a massive shop. All budgets are catered to and the staff are happy to serve you. Generally they're open everyday, and till 9.00pm in the evenings except at weekends, when hours can extend to 11pm (especially in the warmer months). I have purchased a large variety of red wines over the years from their well-stocked shop. It is always very clean and the service is efficient. The store is part of the Victor Hotel where you can get delicious meals and play the pokies.

Went to browse and buy a couple of bottles of nice red after dinner. And couldn't enter the store. It was only 7.30pm!!! Not happy went elsewhere. Attendant was very apologetic. How stupid you can't browse instore seriously????

I only give 1 star because there is 1 great employee & 1 good employee at the drive through. Other than that, the staff are rude, they dont come to the car, so when you say what you want they just cup their ear and look at you like you are an inconvenience. We are regulars and always spend anywhere from $30 to $200. There is 1 employee that always gets our usual straight away, but there are 2 especially that are lazy and have no people skills.... enough is enough and on that note, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. Looks like Port Elliot will be getting our money from this point on.
