I suspect they really just want me to disappear and perhaps they will get a bonus if I do. There is no help, no support and certainly no care. They have suspended my payments a week after I 'won' my case due to their own cleric error. No recognition that I am now financially in huge trouble. They decide when they force you to see your own doctor, and they will attend with you even though you don't know them or have never met your case manager (laugh laugh that she is actually my case manager). They generally do not care about you AT ALL. It is a horrible situation to be in and it is driven by destroying the claimant. I am now engaging a lawyer to help me navigate the care that RTWSA have not afforded me. A true shame on the heads of the SA Government.

Easy people to speak to

Not sure why they exist? They handover the claims process to monsters like Gallagher Basset who engage legitimate claimants in a campaign of dehumanisation to the point where they are forced to abandon their claims and walk away in debt even prior to claim determination for the sake of their mental health and all supported and enabled by rtwsa who continue to reward GB with further contract's without question and where is the treasurer in all this mess which is perfunctory at best and beyond reason and abusive for most. Love to know how many claimants took their own lives last year but have no doubt rtwsa don't know because they don't care. Thanks for reducing me to a poo kicked down the road to line up for sickness benefits when without you I could have returned to work within weeks. Please dispose of this critical input carefully as you no doubt do regularly. Thankyou for the pain and suffering.

I called them to notify that 1 of their employees does not live at this address anymore.but I still get his playslip sent every week

If you complain expect it to be investigated internally. They don’t care and you get told about reconnect when you are about to come off income support they don’t tell you about it when you are homeless or needing that kind of service l didn’t expect workcover to be easy I’ve nearly taken my life a couple of times I’m convinced they want me to take my own life. Like a counselling lady told me I’d rather be dead than be on workcover I so see what she means now!!!nAlso sacked unfairly report it RTWSA without one bit of evidence they find in favour of my work not protecting me or worried just rather call cops when I threaten to kill myself because they have a DUTY OF CARE hahaha what a joke.
