5 Stars - Professional and Friendly: I took my little daughter here yesterday and the hairstylist Sam was an absolute Gem of a person. Our daughter ( Myra ) was very happy with the haircut and she liked the attention given to her in a friendly way. I would definitely recommend this service to any parent looking to have a haircut for their kids.

I’ve been to this hairdresser twice.nnOnce was a few years ago when I got an average cut. There were a few bits I needed to trim when I got home because the hairdresser missed them, but it wasn’t dreadful.nnHowever I recently attended this hairdresser again hoping to leave with a shaggy, nearly-shoulder-length bob. What I left with was the worst haircut of all time.nnThere was minimal consultation before the hairdresser began to hack into my hair with less skill than a kid just learning how to handle scissors.nnThe result resembled a bad mullet. I mean, there are no good mullets but this was so badly cut that even in mullet terms, it was bad. The top part was more like a bowl haircut, and the back was so thin that if it had been a few inches longer it could have been plaited into a rat’s tail. (Classy.)nnThe hairdresser commented nervously a few times that it was going to be a lot lighter. She was right – most of my hair was now gone.nnI left in shock and it was only when I got back to my car and started playing with it that I realised the true horror of what I had been left with. I hastily grabbed a few pins and pinned up the baby rat’s tail before anyone could see it.nnAfter feeling incredibly upset about the situation for a few hours, I reached out to Just Cuts to complain. I gave them a couple of days to respond, hoping that they’d at least offer a refund. They never got back to me.nnHowever I have to thank them – because they gave me a haircut so bad that I couldn’t leave the house without a head covering of some kind, I urgently had to find another hairdresser to repair the damage. The new hairdresser I found is FANTASTIC. She did an exceptional job of salvaging my hair. It’s still much shorter than the shoulder length I was aiming for (think Kris Jenner short), but she didn’t have too many options because there were literally chunks cut out of my hair that made anything longer impossible.nnI’ll never be darkening the doors of Just Cuts again and strongly recommend avoiding it, unless you’re looking for a horror haircut story, in which case this place is probably just the thing.

I got a trim the about two three weeks ago. A very simple hair cut and thought it went really well. The lady was nice but it was very quick. I recently went to get my hair dyed and when she took a photo of my hair for before it was the worst haircut I have ever got. It wasn’t straight there were bits shorter than other etc.

Quick n very popular so have to go early to book in. Staff is friendly n helpful.
