Rude older guy who clearly is the manager/owner. Zero people skills. No wonder they have an average of 2/10 on google reviews! Shocking service!

I have never actually visited this post office. I had a parcel lodged there by a friend Friday 25th September 2020 to be sent to SA and its still sitting at that same spot today Saturday 3rd October 2020 so I'm going to go ahead and assume these guys couldn't organise a good root in a brothel.

Good service, a little packed but all good

I popped in to this outlet yesterday afternoon for a simple transaction and was served by an absolutely charming and happy young gentlemen. I have no complaints whatsoever, perfect customer service. Yes it does get busy but it's a small outlet servicing a large suburb with no close alternatives. I think they do a great job.

The worst postal service I have ever experienced in Australia. For important packages and things like passports and citizenship issues I have decided to go to another highly rated outlet in a suburb 30 minutes away. The young employees are ok enough but I would not rate their product knowledge highly. They are functional for paying bills and issuing stamps but that's about it. They have a monopoly on Ellenbrook so I don't think they care about the negative reviews. And Australia Post obviously does not bother monitoring their outlets for customer service complaints. As for the grumpy old man in the right hand corner, he probably gets a kick out of being unpopular and unhelpful because he gets enough people on the same wavelength praising his service. I don't relate to cretins and you can't change their DNA. Go to another post office for the important stuff and make a point of missing your turn in the queue so you can have the younger employees serve you instead of him. If more people did that he might actually feel some shame.
