Reception were friendly and helpful albeit a bit slow but I guess there is a lot going on with patients and phone calls and entering patient details etc. It would be a thankless and trying position.nThe radiologist was very friendly and quite quick.

The people who did the actual X-ray and ultrasound where very professional however the front desk lacked any politeness or interest and treated you like you are an inconvenience. Work on your skills!

The administration was friendly & helpful , but the actual Brain scan was a long wait to be in the tunnel 1 hour because the machine wasn't working and to then tell me starting the spinal which was another hour in MRI was overwhelming & the team were very keen to move onto the next patient. I was in tears trying to sit up and was in shock & couldn't believe what had happened. The team were talking to me but i felt 2 hours lying down was way too long . I walked out in tears and had to sit in my car for a few minutes before having to drive back home 2hours drive.

Lack of availability of appointments meaning I could not make an appointment. I work full time and strongly preferred a Saturday appointment but was unable to get one as receptionist told me “all the sonographers are inconsistent on the Saturdays they work and reception is told last minute which Saturdays they can book”. I find this incredibly unprofessional, especially given SKG is a medical facility that advertises it is open on Saturdays.

Booked an appointment for an MRI and everything was fine. I called to double check what time my appointment was a few weeks later, and was told that my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge because they had the wrong machine on the premises.
