Very unreliable when it comes to returning phone calls but happy to contact you asap when it comes to you owing them money. Wouldn't recommend renting through them at all. Always paid rent up to date even in advance. Have left the property 4 weeks ago still waiting for bond to be returned. Property left in better condition then when we moved in.

I moved my property over to Hedland Property shop from another real estate and since then the property manager looking after me and the other girls in the office have kept everything running smooth. I don't worry about the condition of my house because I know its in good hands with this real estate. Will recommend to home owners.

The staff and service at Hedland Property Shop is excellent. Jemma is a friendly, efficient Property Manager. Even though we had to break lease the same efficient service remained. I would thoroughly recommend this Real Estate Office.
