Australia Post - Warnbro Post Shop

Most ladies are helpful but one in particular is rude, acts like a know-it-all (even when I show her she is wrong), she refuses to help when assistance is required and explains “I do a thousand of these a day” when asked if she is sure.nWouldn’t recommend this store at all.nI’ve only recently moved here and hate this store - would love if I could have all my items sent by courier in future at the postal service has gotten bloody ridiculous!!!!!

Lady went all out to help me find my parcel that had the wrong address on it and then delivered it to me after she finished work. Awesome.

Staff dont know Australia Post procedures and muddle along making life hard for customers

I am so stressed I took out $2000 cash from cba Warnbro and deposited it straight to the post office and my receipt says $1000 . It was cash. I was running late and didn’t check it till Sunday. Now I’m going to Bali today and not sure how to sort it out. They must be $1000 over for the day. Please advise what I can donSamantha Carson

Failed to deliver my parcels and doesn't open Saturday??? Now wants to charge me $6.50 so I can collect from another store that does open Saturday. This is BS, lift your game!
