Greenfields Funerals

My mother passed away on 8th September, and I chose Greenfields funerals because of the first impression I got from Peter on the phone. Although travel distance was further, it was well worth the extra driving involved.nPeter and Ian were very professional, caring and compassionate and really stood up when I needed them the most.nThey assisted every step of the way, and even helped me save some money by explaining things to me that were easily understood, especially in the emotional state I was in at the time.nIt was intended to be a prepaid funeral, but mum left us much quicker than expected.nThank you Peter and Ian for your wonderful help during this tragic time in my life.

My father passed away just recently he had a prepaid funeral with Greenfields funerals. As I was the next of kin Peter Bygraves was so helpful came to my house after hours to discuss everything was very professional and helped me with every thing. On the day of the funeral there were some problems and he handled it for me which made my day and my father funeral and happy day. All my relatives said it was the best service they had been to .

I Just really wanted to say how thankful my family and I were that Ian from greenfields funerals was our director. He handled our late fathers funeral arrangements amazingly and made such a dark and difficult time a lot easier so that we could take him home to New Zealand and lay him to rest where he belongs. We had multiple problems in regards to obtaining my fathers death certificate and Ian went above and beyond to make sure all arrangements were running smoothly! He had amazing communication and you could just feel that he really genuinely cared for us in our time of need. We also promised to put in a good word for him and ask his boss for a pay raise so we are keeping good on that.
