I have been with holdfast insurance for a while now... They have all been lovely and easy to communicate with. I have recently been put onto Karen for my insurance - she is incredibly helpful, she asked comprehensive questions about my practice to ensure that she has all the information she needs. She explains everything thoroughly and is readily available. I really appreciate her support.
