I dealt with Renee (the business principal) extensively over the 2020/21 Christmas/New Year period - A water hose in the property burst on 1 January 2021and 2 levels were flooded. Despite public holidays and weekends, Renae put in an unbelievable effort to minimise damage and make things as easy as possible for what was an extremely difficult tenant. I can honestly say that I do not think that I could have picked a better and more responsive agent and I would recommend Renae to anyone looking for a managing agent - She is totally unreal and I could not be more happier with my choice!
