Had a great experience meeting James and his family today they were all amazing people, he tightened up my dreads really good and helped me with a couple of other tricky things I wanted done to my dreads, he was really professional and done exactly what I wanted so I was happy, And really good communication same day appointment 10/10, thanks again I’ll be back soon.

If I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would! Recently I had my dreadlocks removed by James and I can confidently say...not only did he do a miraculous job taking them out and trimming the ends. He also went above and beyond to make me feel relaxed and comfortable in his home.nHe was gentle when tugging against my scalp and he and his lovely wife Simone were so hospitable and attentive the whole time.nI honestly felt like I was catching up with old friends.nAlthough James is the one doing the hair.nThe couple run their home business as a team and are very professional, friendly and generous people who genuinely care about their customers.nBefore I even had my appointment with James, both he and Simone were kind enough to stop by at my home in Northern NSW when returning home from their family holiday.nThey did this as a favour, since at that stage it was hard for me to cross the border to QLD. So they offered to meet me outside my house for James to take a proper look up close at my dreads and confirm roughly how much hair could be saved including potential time, costs etc that were involved. James assured me that he had the tools and experience to successfully help me out and would try his very best to save what hair he could. So as soon as the borders were open again I booked an appointment and now I have an amazing new haircut.nI've never given a google review before now but these guys deserve it too much and there's no way I can selfishly keep that level of service to myself. Thank you James and Simone. I will never forget you both!nNot like I did with the jumper I left behind lol...you'll definitely hear from me again and I'll be spreading the word about your business.
