Arrived at 15:55 to a locked door(sign on door says closing at 17:00). After knocking a lady opened the door saying that there is not enough time to fill 2 x vials before courier collects at 17:30. Why not say that on website or change closing times?!!!!!!

Came in a few months ago for a blood test during the week around 9 AM , only 3 ppl were waiting before me and I waited 1 hour till I was seen. Spoke to other ppl in the waiting room, they told me that they always run 1 hour late. I went again this morning and got there 7:45 AM before they open at 8 AM. I waited till 8.15 AM but no staff arrived. I called their office and they told me that the staff on duty that day was sick. The staff on the phone did not even apologise. It doesn't take much to say sorry for the inconvenience. There is no customer service. Really bad for business. Do not waste your time to visit this place as they don't value your time. Go to Clinipath instead.
