If i could rate them a 0 i would. Went to the store yesterday for a 5:15 appointment and was told they couldn't fit me in as i was late for my '4:55' appointment. They said they sent me a text confirmation but they sent it to another persons number and some how it was my fault and the lady said i must have given them the number? Why would i give a number that isn't mine obviously it's their fault. I confirmed the time and my contact number over the phone and the lady that said she was the manager advised that i was the one in the wrong and she sent me away without apologising or taking any responsibility for what happened. Do not come to this store, try another Specsavers instead.

Very efficient even though I was early for my appointment. Went through the preliminary scans and checks which were thoroughly done and quickly. The equipment is highly automated but the operator is very patient helping you work with the equipment. Very short wait to see the optometrist who clearly sets out what issues you may have developed. Prescription sorted, frames selected at great price, bought 3 pair while I was at it. Out in under half hour. Glasses available a couple of days later. Faultless. Pleasure doing business with thorough and efficient friendly staff.

I recently picked up my new multi focal spectacles and sunglasses from Spec Savers Wanneroo Central.nnIt was a simple, enjoyable and pain free process ; thanks to Catherine my very proficient, knowledgeable and friendly consultant.nnUnfortunately I have a rather large head, usually difficult to find frames that fit comfortably; Catherine picked out both my frames first time and I went with them a perfect fit.nnShe carried out the comprehensive eye tests, skilfully and patiently. Kitty the optometrist carried out my final eye tests and the resulting lenses, are perfect clear viewing for me.nnI would not hesitate to recommend their services, to anyone in need of a good pair of spec savers.nnAll in all a very good experience.
