Finally took the plunge for cataract surgery. Miracle man Dr Bradley Johnson has given me two new eyes -- one for distance; one for reading. After being half blind for most of my life I no longer need glasses. The procedure lasted less than 10 minutes per eye.....fully conscious with no discomfort. Should have have this procedure done decades ago.

Really caring & professional. Within 24 hr's of my optomertrist sending through my referral, they rang to book me in, & was in within the week. Office staff always very helpful also.

Brad Johnson has treated my macular degeneration over a number of years. He always discusses the treatment in an open and professional way. He makes sure I understand the issues at all times. More recently I had cataract surgery which he performed very skilfully and with excellent results. I would highly recommend his practice with its skilled and friendly staff who perform many of the tests.

Dr joshua yuen is a fantastic doctor. He identified pressure in the back of my eyes.nThis was idenified as the motor of my vp shunt malfunctioning. Thanks to Dr yuens skills he saved my life my discovering this.nI quickly contacted my neurologist who emailed me a ct scan. This showed that my shunt was malfunctioning. I was in hospital in 24 hrs.

I've been a patient at Northern Eye Surgeons since shortly after they opened. Every experience has been very positive, in particular my most recent visit. I needed urgent treatment for a diabetic retinopathy bleed and not for the first time. Brad Johnson is both expertly skilled in his work and reassuring in his nature. At a time when I was scared and anxious about losing my sight he took the time to explain in detail the nature of condition and kept me calm during treatment. If it were not for Dr Johnson I would have been blind in both eyes before the age if 40. I also need to compliment all of his staff. They are all kind and very approachable. This last visit of mine included a paperwork glitch that is the fault of the staff of another Dr at another practise that left me out of pocket almost $500. The reception staff at Northern Eye Surgeons took the problem off my hands and worked daily for 3 weeks to solve the problem. I cannot speak highly enough of this fantastic team. Very very highly recommended.
