Excellent HiFi store. Mike and the team are extremely knowledgeable and polite. They have a dedicated testing room which allowed me to test a few products and make sure I was purchasing the kind of system I had in mind. I purchased a Yamaha receiver with speakers and I'm very happy with them and the price. Best service you will find. Highly recommended.

Outstanding advice and service from Easwood HiFi! Nick and the team are fantastic and listen to customer needs and advise accordingly as opposed to other places I have dealt with. Travelled down from Newcastle. Was greeted by Craig, who was super helpful, knowledgeable and best of all made working to my entry level budget a breeze! Was presented with various options, given plenty of time to make a decision either way and ultimately I'm very pleased to have spent money there. Got an excellent deal, great customer service...and for many other reasons I'll be returning in future for all my HiFi needs. Cheers to Craig and the team!nA call couple of days later to confirm shipping and tracking ID, and advised to stay in touch if any issues. The customer service just keeps getting better.nIt gets better! I get a call with my tracking number a couple days after purchase and before I can even log in to check...they arrive! Lightning fast. These guys are the real deal.

Had a tremendous experience dealing with Eastwood Hifi, needless to say I will not shop anywhere else for home theatre needs again! Nick returned my first call promptly when missed, and was genuinely interested in my questions. Went in store to demo some speakers, and Nick was very accommodating and professional, happy to listen to all my questions, asked about my room set at at home and offered some great advice. Never was I once pressured into any decisions, offered unwanted bias opinions nor rushed for time. It is rare to find such great and honest salesmanship these days! They worked out very competitive pricing, and I ended up with a great set of Monitor Audio speakers (went in expecting to buy KEFs). They arrived within 3 business days and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend, thanks Nick!
