Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Riverton Stockland

I’ve been getting my glasses from Luke at Specsavers Riverton for several years now, only because he always goes above and beyond to help me get the very best glasses at the best deal available. I’d worked in the Pharmacy in the centre so it was very convenient to shop there. I still shop there now because I know I’ll always get the best customer service around. He always remembers my name and is more than happy to assist me whether is for a loose screw or a new pair of sunnies and my yearly pdescription. There aren’t too many businesses I’d bother writing a review for, but exceptional service is definitely worth writing about. Thanks Luke.

I went in because one of my sunglass lenses had come off of the frame and was missing a screw. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I entered, and helped me with my situation straight away. They not only replaced the screw, but they also thoroughly cleaned my sunnies for me so they looked good as new. Really lovely people.

Went in twice on the last few weeks, once after my son broke his glasses and the other time to adjust some new glasses. Both times the service was great with no fuss and without a big wait. Would definitely recommend.

I can highly recommend Specsavers at Riverton Forum. Today I had an optical emergency and my regular optical practice could not make an appointment for me until the following day. When I rang my local Specsavers they took some details over the phone, consulted an optometrist and gave me an appointment within 2 hours. I had never been there before. All the staff were wonderful. While I was sitting and waiting for my eye drops to take effect, I was able to watch the way the frontline staff at this busy practice treated all their customers - with concern, respect and consideration. The optometrist was wonderful. After an hour of thorough testing, she explained exactly what was going on with my eyes. I have a follow-up appointment and I will be coming here in the future.
