Bought an expensive Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5g at this Zone Communications franchise shop. It died after less than three months. Not working at all. When I took it back there, they said they could send it away for a few weeks for repairs, or I could take it to Samsung authorised repair shop, who found two factory defects. This Optus franchise is not interested in backing the products they sell. Nor is Samsung. After numerous calls, all diverted to Manila, I have to get it repaired. I should have waited, and bought a refurbished phone cheap.nLESS THAN THREE MONTHS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.nI will never buy anything at this Zone Communications franchise store.nOptus is OK, but go to an Optus-owned shop (Joondalup, Whitfords etc.)
Not enough staff. Waiting time too long.
Service is beyond Expectation. Jess, Payal and Keerti are such good efficient workers. Warwick is my favourite store!! :)
the only reason I have chose to stay with optus Warrick is because of Payal's amazing friendly and compassionate service to my situation, her leadership and courage was admirable and a very pleasant experience shes the only store member I would deal with :)
