I can't sing this company's praises enough. Anna is always cheerful and professional and strives so hard to keep us happy (& we all know how hard we can be to please!) She will consult with you until you're sure and even then you could change your mind if you needed to. I've even seen her change a style in the middle of doing it at the request of a customer (my mum) ud83dude2cnAnna's work is beautiful, fast and long wearing & is VERY good value for what she charges - ALL I ever want in my salon!! I'm a customer for life!

Ravm’s hair...wow!! I can definitely recommend. Anna is professional in her work ethic and very timely with her work. I showed Anna two different styles to merge into one and she went above and beyond to obtain results that I can say were 110%. Would definitely recommend to everyone, she offers a good and extraordinary positive vibe as well and I can say I’m definitely going to be a long-term client! Thanks Anna, you are God-sent with mad talent xx

Really disappointed with the service, tried our best to be patient and understanding but unfortunately Anna’s lack of communication skills and professionalism has left my daughter and I frustrated.nnPaid for an appointment on the 17th June 2020 for my daughters birthday, it took Anna over a week to respond to me or my daughter.nnThere was a expectation from Anna that we should know that we needed to order the hair or buy our own we had no idea on this process.nnIn Anna’s defence she needed to buy the hair which took a month to arrive due to Covid 19 which is out of her control however there was again no communication or response to our text messages.nn4th of August Anna finally messaged to confirm the hair had arrived and to confirm if we still wanted an appointment, I confirmed that yes I did...she did not respond.nn8th August I again messaged that I would like an appointment and have still not received any communication.nnFrom the 17th of June till August we tried on various occasions to call however Anna did not answer even more frustrating seeing Anna posting on Instagram but refusing to communicate with paying customers.nnI have requested a refund which I am not expecting to be done any time soon.
