Had a few cartridge piercings and my septum done. Piercer is amazing! She knew what she was doing and done it with minimal pain. Looks great and what I wanted. Perfect placement and super comfortable. Highly recommend.

Brought my sister in for her second helix piercing. Charged us $160 for “the best quality” earring we could get. Within a day the ear felt like it was on fire and started Oozing. Could not sleep on it or even touch it without crying from pain. Her whole ear began to swell and become purple. Took her to a local piercer who had done my own piercings before to see if we had to go to the doctor. He was shocked, advised the piercing was incorrectly placed, as it was way too close to her other piercing and took it out immediately and told us to doctor as soon as possible. Doctor advised if we had left it any longer we would have ended up in the hospital as the swellings would have become so bad we wouldn't have been able to remove the piercing. He advised that the piercer obviously had not taken enough care.nMy sister has had many piercings before and never had these issues before.nnJust an edit to reply to owner. My sister is a minor as you know as her Guardian had to sign for her, she has asked for me to contact you. As she is not a piercer and a minor I find it odd that an experienced piercer would allow her to make the decision if they knew this was not in the correct and safe position and not placed in crocked. We never complained about the price but are just stating for such a high price we would expect this not to happen.

Took our nearly 4 year old to just cuts for her first ever trim and she was crying and not happy, we were asked to leave. We stumbled past Hair, scissors & piercings. Thought it would be really really expensive but at this stage we didn’t care. Jenni came over and spoke to us and stated to chat to my girl about princesses. She sat down with her mum and cut her hair without incident. We were very grateful and can only speak highly about Jenni.nPrice was good too, possibly cheaper than just cuts.
