Kelly is an amzing property manager. Always looking out for her tenants to ensure that they are comfortable in the property they are living in. Kelly is always contactable and very responsive to all emails and phone calls. We were sad to say goodbye to Kelly. Highly recomend Kelly as a property manager

KJ Realty has been taking care of our clients at New In Town Relocations for a number of years. Kelly is so reliable and professional and it’s always a pleasure working alongside her to get our clients settled. Here’s a message directly from a recent client: “Kelly is AMAZING. After our prior’s two experiences with landlords, it is GREAT to be working with a superb property management professional”.

My wife and I want to publicly express our gratitude to Ms Kelly Jones for her professionalism, courtesy and kindness when we visited a property in Perth's inner city this week.Kelly treated us with dignity and respect that we hadn't found over some 10 other inspections we attended that same week. As an experienced tenant I am no stranger to property managers that try and rush things, treat people like numbers, and do not care much really. Ms Kelly was the opposite of all that. Like I said, she treats prospect tenants with dignity. I strongly reccomend KJ Realty.

Kelly has managed my property for quite some time now and I can honestly say she is AMAZING! She is so professional, has really high standards, communicates so well with both me as a landlord and my tenants and is overall just lovely and perfect for managing any property. I cannot recommend her enough.

TL;DR - go somewhere else, you open yourself up to thousands of dollars in fines should you go for Kelly.nnI was a tenant with Kelly managing the property we were living in.nI could not recommend her services to anyone, tenant or lessor.nShe was astoundingly bad at answering simple questions, took over 20 days to reply to rather urgent emails, attempted to get a tenant to leave our property and move to another one of hers, failed to provide adequate advice to the owner who constantly breached multiple aspects of the tenancy act. Kelly attended the property without the knowledge of the tenants, this was only discovered because one of the tenants came home and there was a lady in the house we had never met or spoken to before.nKelly attempted to bully vulnerable tenants to get what she wanted, constantly lied or omitted key facts to both tenants and DMIRS, and ultimately was the reason that the owner had to refund thousands of dollars of rent to tenants.nWe exchanged over 700 emails with Kelly and had to fight with her over every breach of the tenancy act just to get basic necessities.nKelly couldn't even figure out the correct days we were meant to pay rent each week resulting in us constantly being told we were in rent arrears despite having over paid several hundred dollars.nThis was all during the covid-19 pandemic during which time she attempted to bully and intimidate the tenants to leave the house so that it could be sold, this speaks volumes as to her failings in character.nWe moved out in August and still have not had our bond released due to the owner not having signed the forms (which we had to fill out as Kelly completed them in such an illegible fashion that DMIRS returned them).nKelly lied and said that DMIRS just hasn't actioned it where as talking to DMIRS it appears that Kelly submitted the forms without the owners signature.nWe ended up making 2 complaints to consumer affairs which resulted in a loss of several thousand dollars to the owner. One of the complaints is still pending but may result in a fine of several thousand dollars, again due to Kelly and the owner breaching the tenancy act.nFinally, we ended up needing to communicate through the owner rather than through Kelly due to her ignoring emails or giving useless, circular replies.nnThe one positive out if all of this is that I am now very familiar with the tenancy act (which I doubt Kelly is due to her lack of advice to the owner and the breaches of the act herself.)nI am astonished that she is still in business and it is clear that she does not have the best interest of the owner or the tenants at heart (certainly seen by trying to pressure a tenants to leave and rent one of her other properties).nnI fully expect Kelly to refute all of these claims however there are multiple email chains, hundreds of emails and thousands of dollars of refunded rent to back all of this up. I am sure Kelly will attempt to blame this all on the owner as she has never accepted responsibility for her actions, even when evidence explicitly shower she is at fault.nnRegardless of the reply she offers, I think the smarter bet for an owner would to be to go with another, larger property company.nI'm sure you'll end up paying far less in the long run than if you have to return thousands of dollars in rent or pay a fine from DMIRS due to Kelly offering poor advice or breaching the tenancy act herself.
