I have recently completed on a buy-to-let purchase through Ironfish Perth and they really know their stuff. There were some delays on the vendor's side, but the team worked hard to move things along and kept me informed. Highly recommended and I will definitely invest through this company again.

Avoid this company. My fiancée rented an apartment hardly lived there and they exposed a giant black mould stain in the bedroom. A stain that was there at the beginning of the lease. They promised to have it rectified. Anyway they bullied her so badly she got so anxious I had to take over negotiations as they were blaming her for the mould! The lease agent would scream at me over the phone raising her voice. Also DO NOT use their cleaning company. It’s a scam they are all in kahoots. I could go on forever but I fought for months to get the bond back with legal action threats. Avoid. Like the plague!!!!!!!!!
