They can't even return a phone call highly unprofessional for a service based business

Not confidential. Beware. I had a valuation completed and the office told other persons that the valuation was completed, even though it was meant to be confidential. This ended up with the valuation that was meant to be confidential ended up in court at cost to me. This is the most unprofessional action from a group whom took no care with a clients information, dont go there if you want your information confidential

Really impressed by the professional property valuation that I received. It's good to get an accurate understanding of what your property is worth especially if trying to sell as I was. Certainly do not trust the word of local real estate agents as they have have a vested interest in what they tell you. An independent property valuation is the only way to go and this was very thorough and made me feel comfortable with the price I decided to list my property at.

Very disappointed with a level of professional conduct. Basically, totally unprofessional. On the complaint and talking to the managing director of LMW, I was told that they act on strict bank instructions when conducting property valuation. Where is the independence of licenced valuers if they have to bow to bank pressure?nIn this instance my property was under valued by more than 30%.nWhy paying for fair property valuation if you are going to end up with Bank forced value.nOn the question if the valuation report would be different if not assigned to the bank? The answer was - Very Different.....?
