Even if they are closing , its respectful to say it calmly to customer. My experience?, The three ladies i found there all yelled and one was approaching me both hands stretched out chasing me out(this happened on 04/05/2021 at 1655hrs)n.. honestly for someone who just moved in the suburb and first time on the premises, that was disrespect of the highest order.

Unfortunately Google doesn't offer a 0 star review. I waited at the front of the queue for 45 minutes to post a small parcel to the UK. The staff are miserable and rude. They make no effort to expedite service. It might have been quicker for me to get on a plane and hand deliver the parcel myself, and probably similar in price. Absolutely useless.

Have fun trying to get your parcels with those business hours. It’s 2021.
