A very rude woman works there and not forthcoming in giving information and they’re shut Saturdays how am I supposed to get my parcels I’m changing nearest post office

One person who works here is particularly abrupt and rude. I now take 2 extra minutes to drive up the road to the Wembley post office where the service is friendly and extremely helpful.
