Running a very busy business means we don't have time to waste when we need to make a claim and in making sure we are not over, or under insured. Avoca has always made any insurance claim a pain free and quick process and their product knowledge for our industry is second to none. I highly recommend them to any business, second to none.

I have dealt with Avoca insurance brokers for three years now. As a small business owner it is important to me to surround myself with people I can trust to do the right thing in terms of services and advice. Charles Elders and his exceptional team atnAvoca have not only provided me with the right advice and insurance solutions but also make me feel like I'm as important as their largest clients.nAvoca have assisted me in mitigating the risk within my business from the perspective of professional indemnity and liability. This is not my area of expertise so I needed sound advice and support and this was exactly what I got. I now utilize Avoca for my residential strata property as well as my travel insurance. As a sole trader we often fall between the cracks form a service perspective and this was most definitely not my experience in dealing with the Avoca team. I can highly recommend their services and professionalism and just as importantly the relationship we have formed is one of trust and mutual respect, something that unfortunately these days is not always the norm.
