Customer service is excellent and claims are processed quickly without any delays. Communication is excellent, you are always informed of what is happening during the process. Sharon Davidge was fantastic to deal with, claims can be complicated but Sharon's knowledge of the claim process ensures you are submitting the correct information and she provides excellent communication through the entire process and is your intermediary with the insurance company so your not waiting precious time liaising with the insurance company yourself.
