Highly recommend. Sincere, genuine, patient and kind staff who take the time to guide you through what is such an emotional time. From the moment you are greeted by Elaine on reception to the planning stage with Eileen I felt completely comfortable that everything would be looked after. They went over and beyond and recommended the most incredible celebrant Jo Crofts who really made my fathers service so special, Thank you again to all the staff at simplicity for looking after both my mum in 2013 and my dad last week. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Yanna and all the staff at Simplicity Osborne Park for the practical and emotional assistance and support you offered myself and my family. Everything was done with genuine empathy and a confident professionalism which, as a family, gave us comfort and confidence that everything would go smoothly...and it did. The newly refurbished Chapel and lounge were perfect and there was plenty of parking for everyone. Losing someone you love is hard and having the right funeral director makes a difficult task so much easier. Thank you.
