Unprofessional staff who are constantly complaining about the conditions they work under. Don’t think I’ve ever been in without hearing a complaint. The standard of hygiene is also incredibly lacking. I’ve been a pretty consistent customer over the years due to value for money…but after my most recent visit when I was left with a nice 3cm burn under my eyebrow I think it’s time to move on. I would attach the image if I could! Would not recommend.

I have struggled to find the perfect laser place where I’m able to achieve the results I want long term, but thanks to Alicia, I am finally so over the moon!! She is so lovely, makes it pain free and always a joy to see!

I came in today, the young Julie served me and waxed my brows. I usually go a more expensive brow bar but I had a wedding to attend and was desperate and also scared. She was amazing! I have the hardest brows to wax... Noone can ever get it right and she was done in 5 mins! Also only $12... At first I thought she rushed my brows but wow very fast and convenient
