Hair Plus

Ive been getting foils here for years, they are the cheapest in Bondi Junction. No frills and the salon could do with a clean but you are not getting charged $200 + to get your hair done. Never had a bad experience.

HORRIBLE experience! Went there last week for a bleach. Hairdresser made it almost perfect, fixing it with another layer of colour. But it was too dark from what I wanted. (I showed her a picture) she re assured me it’s going to be good after I wash it couple times - of course it didn’t change a bit. I went there again, asking for my money back or a re-done. The owner gave me his number and told me to call him to make an appointment in few days. He said he will fix it with no charge! When I called and wanted make the appointment he started yelling at me over the phone the “F WORD” and hung up on me!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this. Obviously I’ve never seen my money again, and my hair is ruined! PLEASE, PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Very sad experience. After explaining to the hairdresser a several times about what color I would like to achieve, I found myself with completely wrong one. When I pointed it out politely to the hairdresser, she told me , That she put some ash color as requested and it didn’t work. I was also having a dry through. She didn’t dry my hair fully and I didn’t want to have a wet hair, so I asked her for a hair dryer to finish the job myself , since she was in a hurry. She refused to give it to me and said “Don’t give me the attitude “. If you don’t like here, go somewhere else. Very embarrassing and sad!

Negative star rating - Don't go here - the owner Nick swore three times on the phone when I was inquiring to book foils fix-up and cut. His staff and certainly clients should not tolerate his aggressiveness.
