We recently furnished 2-3 areas of our home with Freedom. We thought, being more pricey, there would be less assembly involved and it would mean better quality. Unfortunately, we have had to put claims on 3 out of 7 items we purchased, 2 due to poor workmanship and 1 because the item was damaged during delivery. It's a shame that their furniture leaves so much to desire because they have attractive designs and their customer service was always flawless, from the designer who came to our home to help us decide, to the shopping assistant who was more than patient and helpful with us. Even the claims have been resolved pretty efficiently, however, it is very inconvenient and time consuming to go through the claim process. We still don't know when we'll have our full set of furniture. We don't understand how it can be cost efficient for Freedom to handle so much reverse logistics. We were told that we're unlucky when we reported the second item but this should not be down to luck. 3 out of 7 is not bad luck. It's poor handiwork.

I visited Freedom on Saturday morning with a newly renovated home and zero furniture. After expert guidance and advice from Drew, I left with a fully furnished home. Could not recommend Drew's services more to people looking to remove any fuss and just get it done!

A big thank you to Freedom Midland - customer service was exceptional. I purchased a lounge paid in full then changed my mind - they were happy to refund and were helpful and understanding of my circumstances. Not sure many companies would have done this.

Purchased a new dining table, replaced under warranty due to poor workmanship. Second table arrived and was damaged, replaced under warranty. Third table arrived and was damaged. We have given up now!! No more trips to Freedom for us!!

Had some nice mattresses but I walked the whole place in 10 mins and not one sales rep. Came up to see if I needed assistance. Maybe that is why they are hiring. Saw their job app online and was a bit strange. I can only assume they use an Algorithm and never really read the resumes. Oh well.
