Paramount Hair Extensions

I had a good experience getting extensions in with Paramount Hair Extension. They are the best extensions I’ve ever had. Parking is easy and they are fast with putting or taking out extensions. I'm usually in and out fast. I’ve had my extensions for over a year now with no complaints!

Such a great service - top quality hair extensions as well as lovely stylists who make you feel at home from the first walk through the door. A nice change after visiting what was suppose to be one of Sydney’s best extension salons. The girls at Paramount fixed all the problems I previously had. Thanks again

Losing your hair is not the best thing to happen to you or anyone else. Sarah is an absolute godsend to myself and my daughter. Her work is amazing and she has such empathy and understanding. THIS IS A BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE RUN FROM AUSTRALIA.nnI selected this business for my hair extensions and colour because of the great reviews, prices and helpfulness of staff when I did my initial quote.nnThat is where the good service ended. I had my appointment cancelled on me at last-minute (via text) as the one and only colourist was sick. I get that people get sick but it became clear to me that they only have one colourist. Be careful if you have an event coming up!nnI paid a $100 deposit in cash and was told that the deposits were controlled in America and that I had to provide my bank account details (to someone in America that I don't know) if I want my deposit back, despite paying in cash.nnThey don't have a phone number that can receive incoming calls so I have had to try and resolve this via text. All very frustrating. This business seems great on the outside but the service was really poor and I now have to try and get my deposit back and find someone else to do my hair.nnThe girl that you have to deal with via text is not overly professional. I don't think she is based in Australia. I explained to her that I understood that people get sick but cancelling via text at 11am for a 1.15pm appointment is not great service. She also explained that they had to cancel all their colouring appointments on this day (not just mine). Strange to only have one colourist at a hair salon. Probably good for people to be aware of. Also...a bit of a warning to Australian clients, the business does not appear to be run from here.nnBefore you start, read the lowest quality reviews and not the highest quality ones because most of the 1-star reviews are quite honest and a good reflection of this business.
