Renting units to tenants who are then using it for Air BnB. Lots of noise , parties that make the neighbours lives unbearable

Worst real estate! So unreliable, we haven’t move in but i’m having nightmare already! Worst ever! No communication at all!!!!

If I could give a negative rating i would. DO NOT rent with this real estate. At the end of my lease I tried contacting them to come and do final inspection while I was still in the state they refused and said I needed to vacate first. Then when they finally did the final inspection it was almost 2 weeks later ( after i moved ) and they claimed the house was dirty and there were missing keys so they would take it out of the bond.nnTo get my bond back and get rid of them for good I just did it , was not worth the hassle, as they couldn't even speak English!!!

This is the worst real estate I have ever seen, they don’t care about their tenants.. I have soo many issue in the unit where I living, I complained soo many time via emails, over the phone.. but these people never ever took those complaints seriously..I will never recommend this real estate to anyone...
