I Attended an open home this weekend at 8 Burbang Crescent Rydalmere. I would like to mention the quality of the apartments along with the service of the Property Manager conducting the open home. There were several people at the open home and the agent took the time to talk to each person to answer all questions. The units where just as the pictures showed. I will be applying and would recommend Echo Realty.

Horrible communication and unprofessional. I was initially approved for an apartment but I had advised them that I had pets (the application process does not have a section for this otherwise I would've included it). The property manager Mohammed said he will have to ask the owner and get back to me. After several phone calls, he did not come back with an answer, days went by and I didn't get anything, so it was escalated to his team manager who assured me that they will follow through and let me know as soon as they get an answer. That same weekend, the apartment was available for viewing again and they never got back to me at all. If you have a client, I would highly recommend responding to them and following through with their enquiry instead of leaving them unanswered. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience and I will not be going through them again for any rental process. My suggestions to improve would be: include a section for pets and train your staff to be more communicative.
