I only moved in about 2 months into the my new two bedroom apartment in 12 Duntroon Avenue St Leonards (suppose to be relatively new apartments with high quality built) and I have to say this is THE WORST AGENT I have experienced IN MY LIFE, use unqualified tradies to fix toilet (her friend from China), make thing bad to worst I am now literally sitting on my own urine when I go to toilet.nnThe property was in very bad condition despite the agent said everything is in good shape and were clean by professional cleaners, check out those horrible pictures.nn1. Dirt, glasses were hidden under the fridgen2. Unknown objects were coming out from the kitchen sink.n3. Oven is not working,n4. Air conditioning is not working.n5. Toilet seat is broken from the beginning and it is now still broken.nnI lived in 8 Duntroon Avenue St Leonards (one bedroom) for almost two years and I never had a problem with the previous agent and property. I only moved to this badly managed place wish I had a better and bigger space for my kid. Now I am so regret for my decision.nnWith this kind of agent we need to let everyone know: AVOID THIS AGENT AT ALL COSTS! And please let everyone know in google and complain to ACCC, Fairtrading etc if you have similar situation.nnAGAIN: AVOID THIS AGENT AT ALL COSTS!
