They have been ripping old people of for years. A old lady said her volume wasn't working, charged her $10 to press button on side. Have recently been told they have charged other old people$20 for same thing.shame on them. Absolutely Disgusting!!! I'm sure this is illegal.will be looking into it.

Really helpful, young lady there in blue dress was excellent. Too hard for Harvey Norman, too hard for telstra shop in grafton but not here, fixed our pre paid card problems in minutes and helped us enjoy our holidays, thanks so much
